New - Teeny Weeny House


The New Teeny Weeny House is a brand new concept - a wooden pod for two people! Featuring integral gazebo housing its own hot tub - joined by a covered courtyard where guests can enjoy a barbecue, sit and eat and de-stress in the wood-fired hot tub, All under one roof! This is truly miniature living yet fantastically functional. The New Teeny Weeny house features all you would expect from TinyWood Homes such as magnificently uninterrupted views across the Warwickshire countryside. In addition, the property features:


  • Private Hot Tub
  • Gazebo
  • Barbecue
  • Internal dining table
  • Sink with running cold water
  • Crockery, cutlery and kettle
  • Sofabed - sleeps two
  • Electric lighting and power sockets
  • Private Decking area with furniture
  • Fridge

There are no internal cooking appliances so all culinary exploits will take place on the BBQ provided. A small amount of crockery,  cutlery and a kettle are provided.


A wood fired hot tub provides solace whatever the weather.


A private external composting toilet is included. A shared shower room is close by.


Sheets are provided for the beds but guests will bring their own sleeping bags/bedclothes/pillows.


Electric lighting and plug sockets are present.


Please note, there is no wood burner, however electric heating is provided for warmth.


The hot tub is filled with fresh water prior to arrival of guests. 


"Epic... doesn't even come close to describe how my stay at the "Tiny Wooden House was". The house is expertly built and has everything from your house to this house and more. Aidan was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. The "Tiny Wooden House" had everything you needed and obviously the hot tub just gives it that extra "WOW" factor. There was plenty of wood and charcoal for the fires and plenty of other things like toilet paper and washing up liquid. It was a very relaxing stay and I will be staying again very soon. My friends and family are all waiting to book in as it was THAT good.

Capacity  2 people in 1 double sofa bed.
Bed sheet is provided for sofa bed however, guests must bring sleeping bags for the sofa bed. 
The Teeny Weeny House is located adjacent to a working arable field.
It is the guests responsibility to ensure the House is left clean and tidy.
Arrival time from 2:00pm depart by 11:00am
