Myself and my partner stayed here (Lincoln) 23-24 February and I can't express enough how amazing it was. The hot tub lit by beautiful lights and candles, overlooking the quiet lake was just bliss, Everything worked without a hitch, the BBQ was perfect and a lovely touch to the cold evenings. Everything from start to finish was perfect the arrival was quick and easy, the room although 'Teeny' has so much character and the view in the morning is beautiful. I would highly recommend 'Teeny Weeny' House to everyone. Definitely making this a regular occurrence.
Also don't underestimate the heat, we thought it would be freezing but it was well heated and cosy.

Thank you Tinywood team for a wonderful 4 night stay.
We stayed in Tinywood 3 with 4 adults 2 children. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. Our hot tub was warm on arrival and the outside cooking and dining area was great. It's was a perfect break in a stunning location. We will be back.

Just got back from an amazing 2 night stay here for my birthday.
If you are looking for a fun unique experience then this place is for you.
Was lovely an clean on Arival and hot tub was warmed up for us , was greeted by the friendly staff and they showed us what to do.
The cabin kept its heat which was very surprising we stayed in the teeny weeny which was teeny and part of the fun! Owners dogs where very friendly we treated them to sausages. The view is really cool especially at night when you are in the hot tub, will be returning thanks for a enjoyable experience.

Me and my new fiancee recently returned from Tiny Wood Homes, Warwickshire where we stayed in the small teeny weenie home on Saturday 17th June. The owners were very accommodating although we accidentally drove past them on arrival as we thought we were lost! Haha. Upon arrival Aiden showed us how to use the hot tub etc. and left us to settle in. Throughout our stay the staff were friendly but respectful of our privacy. We had an incredible time, the view of the field was amazing and the hot tub was delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed the new addition of the mini fridge (apparently these hadn't been there before when a friend visited a while ago;) as we were able to store our beverages and snacks for our candlelit sunset dinner! We loved the cabin so much we didn't leave to visit any pubs - we had everything that we needed. Our stay was extra special as I proposed to my partner during the evening of our stay after sundown with multiple candles surrounding our cabin as we gazed at the stars! And I'm pleased to stay she accepted! We will 100& be returning but perhaps stay in the cabin which is at the end as it has a shower (ours didn't) and also a working toilet (we gad a compost toilet) I personally wasn't bothered by this as it was only for one night and this was highlighted on the website but next time we plan on staying for two nights and perhaps venturing out! I highly recommend staying here :) Can't wait to return!

Just returned from a 2 night stay at Tiny Wood Homes, Warks. We have had the most amazing time, the cabin was lovely and clean with excellent facilities. The hot tub and outdoor cooking was fab. It was so lovely that we were able to walk to quite a few different pubs across the fields and the weather was just perfect. Thank you x

We stayed at Tinywood 3 in early April this year. The weather was great, so took full advantage of the big green spaces. The cabin is great and was fine for 4 of us. The location is nice and quiet, but a great walk (probably 45 mins) through the fields to the nearby village of Long Itchington which has a few excellent pubs, including one on the canal called The Two Boats Inn. We had good use of the hot tub and found it easy to keep heated with the generous supply of wood from Aidan. The outside BBQ/burner is great as well s we spent most of the time outside! Would definitely recommend.
